Designs for the D.W. Field Parkway and Tower Hill Parking Lot, created by Fuss & O’Neill, were submitted for review and permitting to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) Office. The project is posted in the June 24, 2026 edition of MEPA’s Environmental Monitor. The public can submit comments directly to MEPA through July 24, 2026.
MEPA will host a public virtual meeting on Wednesday, July 1 at 5:30 PM to receive advice and comments from agencies, officials, and members of the public regarding which environmental issues, if any, are significant for this project. Opinions as to the extent and significance of possible environmental impact will be welcome. Interpretation services will be provided in Haitian Creole and Cape Verdean Creole automatically. Interpretation services in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish will be provided upon request; requests should be sent to Scott Turner (Scott.Turner@fando.com) by 5pm on June 29, 2026.
